Coaching with Joyce Gannon is designed to support women who are out of immediate danger and ready to rebuild their identity, confidence and purpose.
Coaching does not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice or crisis support. If you need any of these, please contact a qualified professional or the emergency services.
Results vary depending on personal commitment, circumstances and effort, and are not guaranteed.
Exploratory calls are booked through Calendly. Fees, session arrangements, cancellation and rescheduling terms for paid coaching will be confirmed with you before you book.
Fees, arrangements, cancellation and refund terms for speaking engagements and workshops will be agreed in writing with the organiser at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary.
Books, workbooks, journals and TPTR Collection products can be bought through our online shop.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). All sales are subject to availability.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe or PayPal when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check the size and colour you select before you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Free delivery is applied automatically to orders over £75.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the time shown.
Digital products, such as The Power to Reclaim Digital Journal, are not posted and have no delivery charge. Your download link is shown after successful payment and included in your order confirmation email.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To do this, please email joyce@thepowertoreclaim.com with your order number.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital downloads: digital products are supplied immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you agree that supply begins straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. If a file is faulty or will not open, please contact us and we will help or provide a replacement or refund.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
